What we collect and why
The enquiry form asks for your name, email, town or suburb, area of interest and message. A phone number is optional. We use this information to respond, assess service availability, discuss your project and manage related correspondence. Required details help us respond meaningfully; you can email us instead.
How information is handled
Enquiries are sent to our business email. Website hosting and email providers process information to operate those services. Depending on the selected providers, processing may take place outside New Zealand. We do not sell your personal information. If another party needs your details to progress a project, we will explain that step and obtain consent where required.
Security and retention
We take reasonable steps to protect information and retain it only as long as needed for the enquiry, related business records or applicable legal obligations. Please avoid including sensitive information that is not needed for your enquiry. No online transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
Technical data and cookies
The protected form uses a necessary session cookie and temporary abuse-prevention records. Hosting systems may record technical access information such as IP address, requested page and browser details for operation and security. This site does not include advertising pixels or third-party analytics by default.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access or correct personal information we hold about you, or raise a concern, by emailing us. We may need to verify your identity. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner. We do not enrol enquiry submitters in marketing.
